by commissioning me you are agreeing to the followingOVERLAYS ARE NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVEi will choose the ones i believe i will be able to fulfill to the best of my ability. if i accept your commission i will send an invoice and contact you via twitter or email.･ The commissioner acknowledges and agrees that they will only be receiving digital files. There will be no delivery of physical goods.･ Not the commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to copy, redistribute, edit, or alter any of my design.･ You are not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
Credits to me (kidakupo) or a link going back to my socials must be explicitly stated.

- you must provide visual references of what you are looking for. i will not accept requests with only text references or only a character model- the project will not be started until the invoice is fully paid via paypal only- your commission can take up to 6 weeks to complete- if you do not reply within 48 hours from the time i first contact you, i will cancel your commission and open the slot for the next person.- you are allowed major 1 revision, every edit after that will be a charge of $10 per edit- any version/draft of the design that does not make it into the project may be used in my other work.- commissions are non-refundable once started unless i am personally unable to complete your request- i will keep your PSD file for 3 days to stay organized, between that time if you need any changes let me know. once your file is deleted, edits will be closed. I WILL NOT KEEP A BACKUP OF YOUR FILE.- i will send a PSD if asked, however most images/assets will be flattened. if you would like a PSD with fully separated layers there will be a fee.- an nda fee ($100) will be applied if the project must be kept secret until your debut/event. this recuperates lost time and revenue from not being able to work on stream and allows me to consistently post my work when working on multiple projects. i will never show any other assets you provide me in my previews unless i am given permission. all projects posted before their respected debuts will be of my work only.- it is prohibited to use any of my work for NFT/AI- i retain all rights to this image and will post it online or include it in my portfolio if I choose to do so
